French toast and bacon breakfast
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Beat egg UK n a bowl. Heat butter and oil in a pan
* Step 2
Add bacon and cook to your liking. When it's ready, soak bread on both sides in the egg.
* Step 3
Move bacon to the side of the pan to keep warm. Cook bread for about 2-3 min each side until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper, plate up and enjoy with a cuppa 😀
