Cheese and speck pie
I love this recipe! The cheese I used is called tomino which comes from Piedmont. It's similar to Camembert. If you like cheese you'll love this! #Italian #mycookbook #pie #cheese #pastry #dinner #mainmeal
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut pastry into 4 squares
* Step 2
Wrap each cheese in some speck. Place on top of each square. Fold up all corners. Turn over
* Step 3
Score each one with a knife. Glaze with egg. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 180 for 25 mins. Heaven!
