Torta salata - pancetta, asparagus & pecorino
I love the pecorino cheese in this. Sprinkle extra on top towards end of cooking time if you fancy, I did! Great with a salad for a tasty meal or pack it for a picnic #pastry #mainmeal #dinner #picnic
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Turn on the oven to 180. Fry pancetta and asparagus in a little oil for about 5-6 mins until brown
* Step 2
Roll pastry out onto large round aluminum tray. Prick with a fork.
* Step 3
Add pancetta and asparagus
* Step 5
Add eggs and bake for about 25-30 mins
