Sweet and spicy potato wedges
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Leaving the skin on, wash and dry potatoes well. Slice into wedges and put in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and mix
* Step 2
Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl
* Step 3
Add to potatoes and mix well
* Step 4
Put on a baking sheet and spread evenly
* Step 5
Roast at 200 for about 30 to 35 mins. Give a shake once or twice during cooking
* Step 6
Serve with sauce or dip of your choice :)
