Sage and onion stuffing balls alla Fluffy
Easy to make, goes great with any meat dish. Since moving to Italy, there are some foods I've just had to learn how to make myself. Can't find paxo here! So here are my stuffing balls, eat your heart out paxo! #sidedish #stuffing
Ingredient
Food ration :
about 6-8 balls
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Tear up the bread. Bake at 150 for about 30 mins to dry out. Leave to cool a bit
* Step 2
Fry onion gently in butter, add sage and cook for 2-3 mins. Break up the bread into a bowl, crumble with fingers as much as possible. Add sage, onion and stock. Mix well. Add salt and pepper if desired
* Step 3
Add egg, mix well until all combined. Leave to set in fridge for at least 30 mins
* Step 4
Take out, roll into equal sized balls and bake at 180 for about 20-25 mins, turn once, delicious!
