Sword fish asparagus twists
I've made this before but with pancetta. This is just as yummy if not more! If you can't find sword fish, salmon would work too. I used smoked sword fish so I didn't use any salt. Works as a great starter or make a bit extra for a main meal #asparagus #fish #starter #mainmeal
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and dry the asparagus
* Step 2
Open the fish and let it sit at room temperature for 10 mins (makes it easier to separate)
* Step 3
Cut pastry into strips. Wrap each asparagus in a piece of fish, then in pastry. Continue until you've finished the ingredients. Glaze with egg and cook at 200 for about 20 mins :)
