Gorgonzola and blueberry triangle puffs
Gorgonzola goes great with fruit! The sweet and spicy flavours are so delicious. I had something similar to this once in a happy hour aperitivo but it was made with pear, I decided to try blueberries! #Italian #starter #vegetarian
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut pastry into squares, add some Gorgonzola in the middle.
* Step 2
Add a couple of blueberries. Fold over one corner to make a triangle. Seal and glaze.
* Step 3
Cook at 200 for about 15 mins. Enjoy with a glass of prosecco :)
