Speck and scamorza risotto
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop onion and fry gently in oil. Add rice and toast them on medium heat for 1-2 mins. Add wine and let it evaporate. Then add some stock and stir. Simmer gently, adding more stock as needed
* Step 2
After about 20 mins it should look like this, add salt to taste
* Step 3
Add chopped cheese and speck. Cook for about 1 min until cheese starts to melt. Serve and enjoy :)
