Mussels in white wine sauce
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the muscles well, removing the beard, leave to soak in water until ready to cook. When ready, drain them well
* Step 2
Cook garlic in oil until brown. Remove garlic.
* Step 3
Add muscles, chilli to taste, salt and glug of wine. Evaporate on high heat for 1 min.
* Step 4
Stir well then cover and leave for no more than a few minutes til they open. The steam cooks them.
* Step 5
Serve in the sauce in a large help yourself bowl with, parsley, fresh bread to soak up the sauce and some wine to wash it down (important!)
