Tagliatelle alla Bolognese

The rest of the world knows it as spag bol, even though it's not made with spaghetti at all! A dish from Bologna. #pasta #tagliatelle #italian

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop veg into tiny pieces. Fry gently in olive oil.

Brown off the mince

Add the passata sauce, stir. Now add the wine and let it evaporate. Simmer on low heat for about 2 hours. Add a little water if it gets too dry

* Step 4

Towards the end of cooking time, cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Add the milk. Drain and add to ragù. Mix well and serve with grated parmesan if desired
