Spaghetti puttanesca
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook spaghetti according to instructions in salted water. Don't overcook it. Cook garlic gently in olive oil
* Step 2
Add olives and capers. Cook for a min or two then add wine and turn up the heat to burn off the alcohol.
* Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 mins or so. Remove garlic
* Step 4
Drain the spaghetti, add to sauce and mix it up. Serve with fresh parsley
