Fresh Mint Leaves And Lemon Simple Syrup:
Bursting with citrus and tingly with mint this simple syrup is so easy to make and so versatile! Perfect in cocktails or stirred into tea!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a blender, add mint leaves and 1/2 cup of water and blend it. You can also use mortar and pestle.
* Step 2
Bring it out in a bowl and add ice cubes to it to maintain mint’s green colour.
* Step 3
In a wok / pan add sugar and 1/2 cup water and cook until the sugar melts.
Now add blended mint and cook it on medium to low flame for 7-8 minutes.
* Step 4
When it starts boiling,
Add lemon juice, black salt, black pepper powder, salt, and white vinegar and cook it for 2 minutes more.
* Step 5
Let it rest for 5 to 6 mins then Pour syrup into a sterilized glass jar through a mesh strainer to remove mint leaves.
let cool down completely then keep in fridge up to 2 months.
