Fish fry with turmeric leaves

Turmeric leaf gives aroma and the flavour spread on slices when it's fry.and it is very good for health

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash fish and keep

* Step 2

In a bowl, put turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, lime extract, tomato paste, salt and mix well

* Step 3

Coat the fish pieces with the masala

* Step 4

Cover with turmeric leaf and tie with the thread

* Step 5

Keep a pan, add oil, put the tied fishes and fry for 15 min in medium flame,

* Step 6

Turn them and fry for another 10min

* Step 7

Serve with raw onion slices. The aroma of turmeric and the masala flavour, ummmmm yummy
