Blend parsley, green pepper, onions. scotch bonnet and red chili

Add in all spices listed and oil and mix until combined. Wash and pat dry fish and rub marinade on it

* Step 3

Cover with foil and put in fridge for 2 hours. After then bring out and squeeze some lime. Rub some oil, paprika and seasoning cube mixture and grill for 10 mins on each side.

For the sauce. In a pan, add oil, onions and blended chili and scotch bonnet. Add tomatoes, curry and seasoning cube. Add your bell peppers

* Step 5

Add parsley and sauté for 2 mins. Turn off heat and pour it on fish. Serve and enjoy
