* Step 1

Boil yam and cook until soft.

In a pan, add oil then add in pepper mix and onions.

Add seasoning cube, curry, black pepper and sardines and mix.

Add in your whisked eggs and carrot and green beans and stir. Allow to steam for 3 minutes then stir and turn off heat.
