Chicken sandwich
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook chicken and shred it to pieces. In a pan, add veg oil, onions, shredded chicken, seasoning cube and green pepper and stir fry. Add chicken stock to it. And stir fry for 5 minutes. U can add more chicken stock if u want it moist. Then keep aside.
* Step 2
Turn on heat. In a pan, add butter and allow to melt then toast one side of bread till brown. Keep aside
* Step 3
Mix mayo and ketchup as spread
* Step 4
Get bread, add spread then lettuce, then chicken then tomatoes and onions and repeat for all layers.
* Step 5
Cut into desired shape and eat. Enjoy 😋😋
