Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pot boil water and add broccoli and carrots and boil for 5 mins, drain and set aside

Mince the broccoli and carrots

In two different bowl add carrot mince and broccoli mince. Add egg yolks to broccoli and egg whites to carrots

* Step 4

In a pan heat oil and add carrot egg mix and on medium flame cook until done and set aside

* Step 5

In the same pan heat oil and add broccoli egg mix and cook on medium flame until done, set aside

* Step 6

Place the broccoli egg mix first and the carrot egg mix on top of it, roll and cut the pinwheels

* Step 7

Plate and enjoy a healthy breakfast on a Sunday
