Ton katsu (fried pork)

You can use it for Katsudon ( I have another recipe for Katsudon ) or eat with curry too

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pound pork

Salt and pepper Both side

Prepare 3 plates Flour, egg, panko

Panko is looks like this

Cover the pork with flour

Then cover the pork with egg

* Step 7

And cover the pork with panko

Heat oil in a pan Do not use oil too much (might be over flow from the pan, and get fire ….)

Fry pork both side until golden (Medium low to medium heat)

Cut and serve with sauce I use tonkatsu sauce
