Ton katsu (fried pork)
You can use it for Katsudon ( I have another recipe for Katsudon ) or eat with curry too
Ingredient

30 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Salt and pepper
Both side
* Step 3
Prepare 3 plates
Flour, egg, panko
* Step 5
Cover the pork with flour
* Step 6
Then cover the pork with egg
* Step 7
And cover the pork with panko
* Step 8
Heat oil in a pan
Do not use oil too much
(might be over flow from the pan, and get fire ….)
* Step 9
Fry pork both side until golden
(Medium low to medium heat)
* Step 10
Cut and serve with sauce
I use tonkatsu sauce
