Pork & Vegetable Stir-fry

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Cut Bell pepper and Potato into strips.
* Step 3
Transfer all vegetables to a large plate. Set-aside.
* Step 4
Remove surface fat* from Pork loin, then Cut it into strips. *Discard the fat.
* Step 5
Transfer Pork loin strips to a small bowl, then rub Ground black pepper, Salt, Garlic powder and Italian herb mix into the pork. Set-aside.
* Step 6
Heat a fry pan to Med-High temperature and add Olive oil.
* Step 7
Fry Pork loin strips until surface turns white, then add vegetables and cook until onion becomes slightly transparent.
* Step 8
Add Soup stock and stir-fry 1-2 min.
* Step 10
Option: Serve with pasta or rice depending on your daily nutritional needs.
