Quick Fix Vegetable Cream Gratin

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place a rack in middle of oven, and preheat oven to 350 ℉ (180 ℃)
* Step 2
Prepare vegetables* in a large mixing bowl. *You can use frozen vegetables and/or your favourite vegetables at your convenience.
* Step 3
Add Cream of mushroom soup, Oat flour, Garlic powder and Black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
* Step 4
Transfer the mixture from step 3 to a cooking oil sprayed ovenware; then, sprinkle Cheese and Bread crumbs on top.
* Step 5
Bake 45-60 min at 350 ℉ (180 ℃). Adjust bake time based on your oven.
* Step 6
Broil a few minute to finish if you prefer to have a brown and crusty surface.
