Apple pork ribs soup
This is a recipe inspired by a famous Chinese restaurant in Singapore. Super delicious and easy to make if you have the time.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare 9 slices of ginger.
* Step 2
Prepare goji berries and red date the exact amount to prevent over nourishing.
* Step 3
If using frozen, properly thaw it first. Rinse the thawed pork ribs, drain and leave aside.
* Step 4
Add about 1200ml of water in your pot, enough to submerge the pork ribs. Add the thawed pork ribs, 6 slices of ginger, and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.
* Step 5
Cover the pot. Turn on high heat. Once it starts to boil vigorously, remove the parboiled pork ribs and leave aside.
* Step 6
Prepare a pot of clean 1200ml boiling water. Add the parboiled pork ribs, 3 slices of ginger, and red date slice. Cover the pot. Slow boil using low-medium heat for about 45 minutes. Don't open the lid until time is up.
* Step 7
Rinse the dried goji berries, drain and leave aside.
* Step 8
Wash the red apples outer skin thoroughly of any pesticide residue. Cut each apple into 8 slices, remove the core and seeds thoroughly (beware apple seeds have toxin!!!).
* Step 9
After 45 minutes of slow boiling, add the sliced apples and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine. Cover the pot. Slow boil using low-medium heat for about 30 minutes. Don't open the lid until time is up.
* Step 10
After 30 minutes of slow boiling, add the goji berries and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix evenly. Turn off the heat to let it simmer with residual heat for a while before serving.
