Stew pork leg

Simple pork leg recipe. Just a can of pork leg and some potatoes.

4 tablespoons

cooking oil

1 tablespoon

starch flour

5 tablespoons

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare the starch water. Mix 1 tablespoon starch flour and 5 tablespoons water in bowl.

* Step 2

Cut the peeled potatoes. Heat up cooking oil in frying pan with medium heat. Stir fry the potato until slightly brown.

Pour the entire content onto the potato. Add the black and white pepper powder to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat. Add the prepared starch water and mixed evenly.

Ready to serve.
