Stir fry leeks with roast pork
There's a type of thick leeks that tastes sweet and juicy when stir fry. Add roast pork for extra unami. Carrots complement with color and beta carotene your body needs.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop roast pork into 1 cm thick slices.
* Step 3
Cut the stem diagonally about 1.5cm thick so that it doesn't fall apart during cooking. Leaves not required.
* Step 4
Prepare a pot of boiling water. Cook the cut carrots for 3 minutes, remove from water and leave aside. Cook the leeks for 10 seconds, remove from water and leave aside.
* Step 5
Heat up the frying pan with medium heat. Add cooking oil. Fry the roast pork till aromatic.
* Step 6
Add the cooked leeks and stir fry gently to absorb the unami.
* Step 7
Add the cooked carrots, ground black pepper, white pepper powder and MSG. Mix evenly.
* Step 8
Add about 200ml of hot water. Simmer for 2 minutes.
