Spinach -Mushroom Omelette

Omelettes are kid’s favourite items and you make it more healthy I added spinach and mushrooms. Taste was yum
Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-15 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok heat olive oil and add garlic cloves, sauté for 1 min, add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 mins
* Step 2
Add spinach and cook for 2-3 mins, make wells. Add pepper and salt, stir
* Step 3
Break the eggs on the wells, on medium flame and close the lid for 2-3 mins
* Step 4
The eggs should be runny, add more seasoning if required
* Step 5
Set aside and serve hot. Kids would love it
