Beetroot Sabudana Kheer

Kheer is a must for Ganesh Chaturthi and I made a different one with Beetroot and Sabudana (tapioca)
Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-4hr30 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak Sabudana in water for 3-4 hours.
* Step 2
Grate Beetroot and set aside.
* Step 3
In a wok heat ghee and add grated Beetroot. Cook for 2-3 mins to get rid of the raw smell, add Sabudana and mix well, add water if need be.
* Step 4
Add milk and 1 tsp of cardamom powder. Mix well.
* Step 5
Add sugar and mix well and bring it to boil for 2 mins, set aside.
* Step 6
Garnish with chopped dry fruits. I used pistachios and enjoy them.
