Pulao is my all-time comfort food and when soybean is added it becomes more delicious. Today lunch was Soya Pulao

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak Rice. Cook soybean and set aside.
* Step 2
In a wok heat oil and ghee and add whole Garam masala of fennel seeds, cumin seeds, stone flower, cinnamon stick, cloves and stir for few seconds. When it splutters add chopped onion and green chilies. Stir for 1 min until a good aroma is there. Add salt and stir.
* Step 3
Add cooked soybean and stir for 1 min. Add soaked and drained rice and stir for 2-3 mins.
* Step 4
Add water and stir once. Cover and cook on medium heat for 7-8 mins.
* Step 5
Once the liquid is absorbed plate it.
