Mango Sago Pudding

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 person

Cooking time :

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
1.5 cups

milk

1 sachet

Stevia

1 Tbsp

almonds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Sago, raisins and almonds separately in bowls

* Step 2

In a pan boil milk, add soaked and drained sago and Stevia. Keep stirring.

* Step 3

When it’s starts thickening add grated coconut and soaked almonds and soaked black raisins. Stir and set aside to cool

* Step 4

In a blender make a mango purée.

* Step 5

Take 1/2 of Sago Pudding and mix with Mango purée and set aside

* Step 6

In a glass or bowl add white sago pudding till 1/2 the glass level, add Mango Sago pudding, garnish with chopped mangoes, pomegranate seeds

* Step 7

Refrigerate and garnish with mint leaves and enjoy a healthy Mango Sago Pudding
