Tandoori Corn Chaat

#10days10taskschallenge My favourite anytime snack is Chaat and my favourite style is Tandoori. So I combined both and gave a twist to Ms.Snehal Shelar’s recipe and loved it. Clicked in natural light today morning

Ingredient

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-25 mins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast the corn well and set aside. Roast tomato and two green chilies and set aside. Be careful while roasting green chilies as chillies tend to split while roasting.

* Step 2

Separate the roasted corn kernels to a bowl, add chopped roasted tomato, chopped fine roasted green chilies, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, lime juice, Tandoori Masala, salt, chopped onions and mix well all very well.

* Step 3

Plate on a natural light area and enjoy by adding mint leaves and hung curd
