Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add Besan or chickpea flour, add rice flour and water to make a smooth batter. Add chopped coriander leaves and whisk again
* Step 3
In a wok heat 1 Tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped green chilies, chopped garlic, stir for a minute. Add 1 cup water and bring it boil. Add the Besan batter, reduce the flame and keep stirring until it thickens
* Step 4
The batter thickens. Set aside and add to a greased cake tin. Set to cool to cut Squares
* Step 5
In a wok heat 1 Tbsp oil to shallow fry the Besan cubes until both sides are crispy. Set aside and enjoy
* Step 6
Plate with chutney and enjoy
