Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a blender add washed spinach leaves, methi leaves, ginger, and salt. Blend to a smooth paste. Set aside.
* Step 2
Add carrom seeds and Ata and add gradually water to make a soft dough. Keep it covered with a muslin cloth for 10 mins.
* Step 3
Smear little oil before rolling out to make Pooris. Take lemon size balls and roll with a rolling pin to make pooris. The diameter should be 15 cms. Complete the batch.
* Step 4
In a heavy-bottomed wok heat oil and deep fry the Pooris on both sides. Set aside once the batch is completed.
