Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl heat milk and set aside. Grate cheese to it to help melting the cheese
* Step 2
Add ghee to cheese. Add Maida slowly to make a soft dough. No need to add salt as cheese already has salt in it
* Step 3
Make the soft dough and set aside covered for 10 mins
* Step 4
With a rolling pin roll to a roomali Roti like and with a knife cut lengthwise and breadth wise to make small cubes
* Step 5
In a wok heat oil and fry the cubes on low-medium flame. The colour should be golden and care should be taken while frying as not to burn or over brown it
* Step 6
Set aside on a absorbent towel.
