Chettinad style Egg Curry

I chose egg and I would like to thank ‘Sushcookss’ for this beautiful recipe. I loved to the core

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok dry roast first 14 ingredients until brown in colour. Boil the eggs for 12 mins. Set aside and deshell.
* Step 2
Cool the roasted spices. Put in a blender and make a paste. Set aside
* Step 3
In a wok heat 1 tsp oil and smear the eggs with little turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and fry lightly. Set aside
* Step 4
In the same wok add oil, heat and add mustard seeds, curry leaves. Add onion paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, tomato purée and salt. Fry well until oil comes to the surface.
* Step 5
Add the paste and stir well. Add fried eggs and gently mix everything well. Add 1/2 cup water and on low flame cook for 5 mins. Set aside
* Step 6
Plate and serve with Rice and enjoy
