Dry fruits Muffin

#5m3 Dry fruits Muffin are quite unique way to enjoy muffins more so I’ve made eggless though it’s just like that as I do eat eggs. Soft, luscious texture of muffins and I loved having it hot with my favourite beverage

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 person

Cooking time :

Preparation time-20 mins, Cooking time-30 mins
1/4 cup

oil

1/2 cup

milk

1/2 tsp

baking soda

2 Tbsp

milk powder

1 tsp

vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put pressure cooker without whistle and covered with salt added and a stand inside on low-medium flame for 10 mins

* Step 2

In a bowl add fry fruits

In another bowl add milk abs vinegar abs mix well. Set aside

In another bowl add a strainer and sift All-purpose Flour or Maida, Milk powder, Baking soda, salt and Powdered sugar. Whisk and set aside. Take 1 Tbsp of fry ingredients and mix with dry fruits so that it doesn’t stick in the muffin cups

Now mix the wet ingredients with the dry. Add dry fruits mix and with a spatula fold well. Don’t overdo

* Step 6

Line the muffin cups with muffin liners and pour the mix but not to the brim. Add some more dry fruits if you so wish.

Add to the Pre heated pressure cooker and on medium high flame bake for 15 mins. Insert a tookpick and if it comes clean the muffin is done

* Step 8

Plate and enjoy
