Roast Pork Loin

Just one of those easy weeknight meals that looks and tastes more impressive than it actually is.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a baking pan. Add any vegetables you like such as onions, carrots, potatoes, etc. Rinse and blot the loin dry. Place in roasting pan on top of bed of vegetables OR just cook the loin all by itself. Bake for 1hour or a little longer if needed. I like mine around 150-160 degrees internal temperature and I use a thermometer to check.
