Beetroot Hummus

#GA4 #week5 I love Beetroot a lot and Hummus is my favourite too. Hummus with Pita bread or crackers or just on its own is so tasty, healthy and nutritious

Ingredient

1 cup

Chickpeas

4-5 Tbsp

olive oil

1 Tbsp

tahini

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Chickpeas overnight

* Step 2

Cut the Beetroot. In a blender add cut Beetroot, chickpeas, 1 Tbsp olive oil and tahini. Blend for few seconds

* Step 3

Add lime juice, garlic cloves, vegetable stock and blend again. Add Olive oil slowly

* Step 4

Add olive oil one more time and blend smooth

Plate and enjoy
