Parathe and Chai has a time immemorial relationship and I just did that for my Sunday breakfast. Added Aloo which is my favourite ingredient to the Parathe and raised the level higher

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add wheat flour, sooji, cumin seeds and mix
* Step 2
Add red chilli powder, kasoori Methi, salt and pickle oil to make a dough
* Step 4
Make the dough and set aside for few minutes
* Step 5
Make small balls and stuff the potato mash.
* Step 6
Roll out the triangle shaped Parathe and in a hot tawa roast the Parathe. Add oil and fry. Complete the batch and set aside
