Achari Aloo Parathe aur Chai

#GA4 #week1 Parathe and Chai has a time immemorial relationship and I just did that for my Sunday breakfast. Added Aloo which is my favourite ingredient to the Parathe and raised the level higher

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people

Cooking time :

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-20 mins
1/4 cup

Sooji

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

1/2 tsp

Kasuri Methi

as per taste

Salt

as required

Oil to fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add wheat flour, sooji, cumin seeds and mix

Add red chilli powder, kasoori Methi, salt and pickle oil to make a dough

Boil potatoes, mash

* Step 4

Make the dough and set aside for few minutes

Make small balls and stuff the potato mash.

* Step 6

Roll out the triangle shaped Parathe and in a hot tawa roast the Parathe. Add oil and fry. Complete the batch and set aside

Plate and enjoy with tea
