Peel the banana skin. Make a powder or flaxseed by putting in a blender. Set aside
* Step 2
In a processor add all ingredients of yoghurt, honey, flaxseed powder, ice cubes, blueberries and make a smoothie
* Step 3
Ready to have the summer ideal cool drink
