Olive oil fried egg and hummus toast

#week3of5 Making a fried egg on olive oil and eating on a whole wheat brown bread with hummus on sides is the most non junk snack one can mention

egg

100 gm

chickpeas

3-4 Tbsp

olive oil

1/2 tsp

paprika

1/2 tsp

cumin powder

To taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak chickpeas in a bowl. Don’t discard the water. Separate the chickpeas and set aside.

* Step 2

In a food processor add lime juice to the chickpeas, cumin powder, chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and tahini sauce. Add 1-3 Tbsp chickpea soaked water in the food processor

* Step 3

Run the food processor until the hummus is smooth

* Step 4

In a non stick pan add olive oil and break the egg to make a fried egg.

* Step 5

Apply hummus on the toasted whole wheat bread and add the olive oil fried egg on it. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
