Rice and leftover rice can be very well used. I have used rice and leftover rice in Paratha and enjoyed with mango pickle.

Preparation time - 15 mins, Cooking time-20 Mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the onions and green chillies and ginger well.
* Step 3
In a wok heat oil and add the chopped ginger, onions and green chillies and cook for 2-3 mins. Add salt and set aside
* Step 4
Add the cooked masala to the mashed rice and cool it
* Step 6
Add 2 Tbsp Wheat flour to the rice mix for binding
* Step 7
Make a dough from the wheat flour and make 3 balls. Put a little of the rice masala inside the wheat dough
* Step 8
With a rolling pin make a triangle Paratha and set aside
* Step 9
In a tawa heat oil and fry the Paratha for 2-3 mins on each side.
