Quick Vegan Ramen

Ingredient

firm tofu

1,5 tb

miso

0,5 tb

soy sauce

4 cloves

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven at 200C

* Step 2

Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces, put them in a bowl and put the bowl into the oven until they are starting to get a light golden color

* Step 3

Chop scallions and ginger, then fry them until soft and add the remaining vegetables

* Step 4

Add the gochujang and sesame seeds, fry for 3 min

* Step 5

Add coconut milk and around 800 ml of water depending on how tick you you want the soup to be

* Step 6

Stir in the miso, nutritional yeast and soy sauce

* Step 7

Boil the noodles in a separate pot and serve once they are done
