Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take all the chopped vegetables in a bowl.
Add salt, cornflour and Maida.
Mix everything well with light hands.
DONOT squeeze the mixture.
Take a small portion of the mixture in your hand and press to make it into a ball.
Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.
* Step 2
Heat oil and deep fry 7-8 balls at a time.
Keep the heat medium to high in the beginning.
After a few seconds, turn the balls in the oil and fry them on low to medium heat till golden and crispy.
* Step 3
Enjoy with schewan chutney or sauce of your choice
