Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the chia seed in 1 cup of water. Soak oats in 1 cup milk separately. keep in the refrigerator overnight.

The next morning, add soaked oats, banana and strawberries in a blender. Take out this mixture in a bowl and add the soaked chia seeds.

* Step 3
