Pan fried Plantain (raw banana)

Simple yet delicious and healthy pan fried Raw banana
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove the skin of the banana.
Cut them into thin slices
Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin Coriander powder and mix well.
* Step 2
Add rice flour and coat them all over nicely.
Heat oil in a pan.
* Step 3
Add hing and then place all the banana slices in the pan.
Flip and cook from both the sides until golden brown.
