Pan fried Plantain (raw banana)

#RMM Simple yet delicious and healthy pan fried Raw banana

Ingredient

1-2 Tablespoon

Oil

as per taste

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric

1 teaspoon

Coriander powder

1/2 teaspoon

cumin powder

as per requirement

Punch of hing

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

3-4 tablespoons

rice flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the skin of the banana. Cut them into thin slices Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin Coriander powder and mix well.

* Step 2

Add rice flour and coat them all over nicely. Heat oil in a pan.

* Step 3

Add hing and then place all the banana slices in the pan. Flip and cook from both the sides until golden brown. Enjoy 👍🏻
