Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat sugar in a heavy bottom pan or spoon. I used a tadka pan here
Keep stirring using a wooden stick or spoon till sugar is melted.
* Step 2
Once the sugar is melted, add baking soda and keep stirring continuously. The sugar will foam up. Immediately pour dallops of the foam on a baking paper.
Place some sprinklers or sugar and then place a wooden stick or skewer on the centre.
Dalgona candy is ready
