It's fall (autumn) season here and so we need to get ready preparing some soup warming foods.
To our rescue is one such food that is pumpkin, sweet, crisp , delicious and all rounder.
Can make some indian traditional recipes as well as English pumpkin Pie.
Although I am not a pie fan, I do prepare other pumpkin recipes like soups,muffins, cakes and Indian Gharge (my most favorite)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the pumpkin into two pieces. I will using only half of it in this recipe.
* Step 2
Bake in oven @150 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes depending on the size and quantity of your pumpkin.
Check with a knife if the knife slides in easily, that means our pumpkin is cooked well.
* Step 3
Remove the skin and blend the baked pumpkin in a blender or mixer jar till creamy and lump free.
* Step 4
Use this pumpkin puree in cakes, pies, sauce, soup or spread.
