Ajwain or carom seeds are beneficial for our digestive system.
Intake of these seeds through food is the best as they taste great as well .
Also these seeds are a bit spicy so I have avoided green chillies in this recipes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, mix together chickpea flour,salt, turmeric, yogurt and little water. Use a whisk to break the lumps and get a smooth flowing consistency.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a vessel or pan.
Add mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon Ajwain seeds, curry leaves, hing, onion and mix well.
Now add the batter and water and keep stirring continuously.
* Step 3
Once it is boiled, our Ajwain Kadhi is ready.
Garnish with the remaining ajwain seeds and serve with parathas or rice.
