4-5 tablespoon

sugar

1 tablespoon

ghee

1/2 teaspoon

cardamon powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Het ghee and roast the nuts and raisins.

Then add the vermicelli and roast till nice golden color.

* Step 3

Add milk and sugar and let it cool for 5 minutes on till the vermicelli is cooked and soft.

* Step 4

Garnish with more nuts and cardamom powder.
