#AsahikaseiIndia #nooilrecipe #noegg a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert, made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa. But this is an eggless version of the famous Tiramisu. It's an absolute melt in the mouth dessert.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 people

Cooking time :

15 minutes
2 tablespoon

coffee powder

1 cup

hot water

1 teaspoon

vanilla essence

2 tablespoon

Granulated sugar

1 glass

baking dish

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl and add the whipping cream and mascarpone cheese. Add sugar and and vanilla essence and whip using an electric beater till soft peaks. Be careful not to over beat or the cream may dry out.

Now mix together the water and coffee till the coffee dissolves completely.

* Step 3

Dip the lady fingers one by one to soak in the coffee mixture and place one in the glass dish. Once you have one layer complete, add two to three scoops of cream and spread all over. Now repeat with the ladyfingers in the same process. Dip and arrange. Repeat spreading the cream again.

* Step 4

Sprinkle the cocoa powder or chocolate shavings all over using a tea strainer and set it into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Cut and serve chilled.

* Step 6

Note: if lady fingers are not available in your area, you can use simple vanilla sponge as well. Just place the cake sponge and spread few spoons of coffee all over like we soak out cakes. Remaining process will be the same.
