Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly in a bowl add 1 cup besan, sooji, ginger green chilli paste, salt, tarmaric powder,sugar, 2 tbspoon lemon juice,1 tbspoon oil and mix it. Add half cup water slowly and gently mix it. Rest this batter for 20 mins.

* Step 2

Now add 1 tspoon fruit salt to the batter and mix by using only one side. Add this batter to the oil greased plate and put in a steamer. Cook for 20 mins and allow it to cool. When the khaman dhokla cool down break them into the small pieces.

* Step 3

Now in a pan add 2 tbspoon oil and add mustard seeds. When mustard seeds start to crackle add curry leaves and green chilli. Add half cup water to it. When water start to boil add 2 tbspoon sugar and 2 tbspoon lemon juice and little bit salt to it.now mix crumble khaman dhokla to it. Mix it gentely. Now add coriander leaves, pomogranate seeds, and sev to it. And serve 😊
