Jowar bhakri and Brinjal subji

This delicious combination is very much popular in North Karnataka and my all time favourite dish .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the Brinjal slit in the middle and check out the worms, mix chopped onion, peanuts roasted powder, coriander leaves and masala powder,salt, tamarind water and jagarry and mix everything well stuffing is ready now fill it in slit Brinjals,keep the remaining masala for further use.
* Step 2
Heat oil in kadai add stuffed Brinjals and cover with lid and cook for a while then add water and cook till Brinjal becomes soft now add remaining masala cook for a while, now Brinjal subji is ready.
* Step 3
For jowar bhakri, add flour in a bowl add salt and hot water mix it carefully and knead to a soft dough.
* Step 4
Now take a portion of dough
Make it ball and pat it till medium thin bhakri applying dry flour
* Step 5
Now place on hot tawa apply water and cook till water evaporates,turn on other side cook it and cook on direct flame evenly.
* Step 6
Jowar bhakri is ready. Serve with Brinjal subji and peanut chutney, and curd.
